Group training benefits
Whether there is 1, 2 or 4 of you, the benefits of Personal training are enormous both mentally and physically.

£25 for a 1:1, to £20 each on a 2:2 or £12.50 each for a 4:1

Still enjoy all the benefits of a 1:1 as you train in each other’s rest periods

Sign up on a monthly basis to be given access to my app to log your workouts including the weights you have lifted to see your progression. You can also use the app to log all your measurements & progress pictures, track your food and be part of the Kinetic community
