I, like many of you reading this, have seen the devastating effects of a cancer diagnosis within my family. This news turns the world upside down not only for the person receiving the diagnosis, but for their loved ones, too. The effects last far longer than an all-clear for that person, or for those left behind through loss of a loved one.

Friday 8th September saw over 100 women descend on Llandudno Promenade to take part in a very different kind of a fun run. The Fizzy Friday 5k, the first event of its kind to be run in North Wales proved to be a huge success.
