As we move forward and welcome 2022, let’s look back and reflect on some important questions.
Answer each with honesty, clarity and openness and let’s shape an amazing 2022!

Self Reflection questions to ask to help us start 2022 in the best way possible!
1. What positive habits will you take with you into 2022?
We are usually too quick to forget about what we have achieved and focus on what we haven’t but take this time to write down all your achievements in 2021, both in your business and personally, and celebrate.
2. What negative habits should you quit in 2022?
Our daily life can be affected by our tendencies to procrastinate, scroll endlessly, say yes too easily, complain excessively – the list goes on!
Claim 2022 as your year to free yourself of undesirable habits – put them on the quit list!
3. What were the challenges that faced you doing your job successfully and how can you avoid/manage them in the future?
Challenges are part and parcel of our work and everyday life. Identify each obstacle you faced and its cause.
Then create solutions to counter those impediments. Doing so will help you perform better in 2022 and make you more equipped to face similar challenges next time.
4. Who can you rely on to keep you accountable in 2022?
The most important question to ask yourself is “who are you grateful for this year”?
Over the course of the year, think about the people who have supported you or inspired you and they will be key to 2022.
5. Who can I help in 2022?
In 2022 we should all aim to help and lift those around us. List your passions and strengths and brainstorm ways to use them for the good of others.
Now create an actionable plan for yourself to execute next year! There has never been a better time to start to make a difference!
