Business As Usual – Women In Business

It was business as usual last Monday as the Mothership docked back at Network She HQ, following what can only be described as the most amazing time away, on a dream holiday with my own Mr Wonderful.

Back to the Office

After a few minutes in front of the laptop I quickly found myself wading through the back log of emails, unsubscribing the non GDPR compliant SPAM that appears to go under the radar, and confirming all the appointments made for my return, prior to my departure when Monday morning felt a million miles away.

After a productive office bound Monday, on Tuesday I met with two women who have only just discovered Network She. They have both recently stepped off the corporate treadmill and launched their own businesses. Coming together via their mutual need to network they have formed a strong bond and mutual support system. I was overwhelmed by their enthusiasm, not just for their own new ventures which you would expect, but also for the passion they have for supporting other women in business. Their values sat so well with my own and those of Network She. It was a great post-holiday reminder as to why Network She exists, why we do what we do and who we do it for.

Big Project 2019

Wednesday was spent putting the finishing touches to a big project for 2019 and to sketching out other ideas of events and initiatives that are exclusively for women who mean business.

Been there, done that… got the T-Shirt

The year will start with the spotlight very much on you and the women who mean business, whether you are looking to start a new business, develop and grow yourself and your business, contain and control a growing business or you are pulling together your exit plan, Network She’s Team T Shirt 2019 event will introduce you to the women who have been there, done that, and as well as the scars they also have the T shirt to prove it. They will share their stories, their hints and tips and make sure you learn from their mistakes so you don’t have to make any more of your own. The Team T Shirt panel will be able to give advice on you and your branding, the importance of your personal wellbeing, finance and cash flow, business planning and the value of networking- so that it doesn’t become not working.

What better way to get 2019 under way than to focus on you and your business.
