Melanie has worked in the hospitality industry in key sales roles for over twenty years and now offers support to businesses both large and small as a trainer and coach.  Her experience working with leading brands including; Marriott, Hilton, Accor, The Belfry Resort, Venues of Excellence, Alton Towers Resort, Snozone and The Lowry Hotel Manchester, has provided the firm foundation to enable her to offer a variety of Customer Engagement, Sales and Leadership training, coaching and mentoring to other organisations.  Open courses have been delivered with Marketing Manchester and Marketing Liverpool.

Specialist areas include: Communication Skills, Customer Engagement, Consultative Selling, Enquiry Handling, Show-rounds, Negotiation, Sales Leadership and Food and Beverage Up-Serving and Up-Selling.

The consummate professional, Melanie has a natural aptitude to adapt her approach to different organisations and management styles and can blend her training and approach to suit the needs of your business however large or small.

Melanie tries to stay fit and healthy with plenty of walks and cycling in and around the Snowdonia National park.  Ar hyn o bryd yn dysgu Cymraeg (currently learning the welsh language) and getting to know her new home county of Gwynedd and beyond, there is always a blend of the outdoor stuff plus time shared with family and friends sampling new pubs and restaurants and enjoying great trip out and about.
