Laila co-founded Indigo Brave in 1996 to facilitate growth, transformation and success so that together we can create a more sustainable, joyful and profitable world. IB have created their own methodology, synthesised from the latest research in neuroscience, change modalities and the study of High Performance, with tried and tested techniques proven via real life.
IndigoBrave’s work specialises in Cultural Shift and Transformation to support businesses to move with high trust fuelled speed, high performance cultures, exceptional leadership and unified vision. Laila’s expertise lies in coaching leaders and facilitating groups through Organisation and Cultural Development projects, supporting people to reach their highest potential, whilst increasing their well being and happiness.
She has a background in the Arts and Psychology and a MA City University in Performance. Laila has coached CEOs, CFOs and developed Board Effectiveness programmes and Cultural Transformation programmes with global organisations, SMEs and in the third sector. Cultural shifts are created across all levels of a business which is why Indigo Brave work with groups on apprenticeship programs all the way through to C-suite individuals, board members and rising stars.
